Laundromat FAQ
We are open Monday - Friday, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Saturday and Sunday we are open from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Last wash is at 6:30 PM.
We are a coin store. We have a change machine on site if you need quarters.
We are fully attended so there is always someone on hand to answer questions.
All of our machines are equipped with the Arti-Clean Ozone laundry system. Ozone cleans your clothes more thoroughly, is better for people with sensitive skin and extends the life of your clothes.
We have 55- and 65-pound machines that are capable of washing large, bulky items like comforters and blankets.
Wash and Fold Questions
You can drop off your clothes any time during operating hours.
There is a minimum of 10 pounds for our wash and fold service.
Generally, most orders are completed the next day. Occasionally an order will take 48 hours. You will receive a text message when your laundry order is ready.
We use Tide Power PODS and Downy Soft Boosters when we wash your clothes.
This "active oxygen" will sanitize your clothes. It also sanitizes the washing machine that your clothes will be washed in. Plus, your clothes will be cleaner and softer with Ozone. This sanitation system is used in hospitals.
We do not. We never mix a customer's laundry with anyone else's.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
Our pickup and delivery service is available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Monday pickups are returned on Tuesday and Thursday pickups are returned on Friday.
There is a 10 pound minimum for our pickup and delivery laundry service.
You do not. Just let us know if you in the Driver's Notes where you will be leaving your laundry, so our driver knows where to find it.
Simply click on the Schedule a Pickup button and input your information.
There is a section called "Preferences" where you can let us know if you have any specific laundry instructions.
We ask for your credit card information when you place your order. You will not be charged until your laundry is completed.
You just need to log into your account and suspend your service until you return.
We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a sturdy trash bag that can be cinched closed.
